Why stay

Created by Shabby Chic designer Rachel Ashwell, this fluffy feminine rustic chic ranch is the perfect spot to unwind with some wildflowers in your hair and your bell bottom blues on. Choose from a variety of mini houses - From the Cornflower Cottage to the Blue Bonnet Barn. Mainly constructed from recycled materials, the farm's 1800's charm has been highly preserved. Highlights are the "Marie Antoinette" decor, 46 beautiful acres, sweeping wisteria trees and a small wedding/events lodge - The Pearl Barn.

Why wander

The grounds and surrounding area are enough to keep your sights occupied with farm animals roaming the beautiful plains. The quaint town of Roundtop and its neighbours invite visitors to many treasure-filled antique festivals, wineries, bee-keeping farms, galleries and mercantiles. Be sure to explore more of Texas if your stay is lengthy.

Indulge in

Local pie diner - Royers Pie Haven. Pecan please.
