Welcome basket on arrival. Surreal landscapes of Milos. Aegean Sea. Biking into town to get the freshest fruit. Fishing for your dinner.
BEST VISITING MONTHS
May to September.
Captain Zeppos is a boutique seafront bed and breakfast on the beautiful Greek island of Milos. Located right on the sea in the centre of a Pollonia - a small picturesque fishing village on the northeast edge of the island, the retreat will become your home away from home.
There are only 4 suites and one private villa, complete with kitchens for those who like to cook. Each suite is named with colours and decorated in a traditional Cycladic style, with subtle island luxury accents. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the Mediterranean from your own suite, complemented by Pollonia's landscapes.
Lose yourself in a good book. Relax in the jacuzzi after dinner or have a sundowner in the lounge.
The name Milos may sounds familiar, because this is the island, where the infamous Venos de Milo was discovered.
You don't have to go further than the Captain Zeppos dock to go swimming, fishing, or kayaking. Visit the surreal white rocks of Sarakiniko Bay. Sail to the Cave of Papafragas and the Glaronisia islets. Visit the chapel of Saint Nikolas and Pelekouda, where according to tradition, the couple that sits on the small rock chair will be together forever. Historians should see the ruins of the ancient city of Fylakopi. Beach bums will love beaches of Mytakas or Agios Konstantinos.
Fresh caught fish, octopus and lobster.
Take a ferry or fly from Athens.
