Why stay

Hotel Turist Grabovac is 12 km from Plitvice Lakes, surrounded by a beautiful forest and tucked away from the main road. The staff is extremely nice (something that Croatia is known for), and you get a feeling that you are staying at someone's home, rather than a hotel.

Why wander

Plitvice Lakes is Croatia's largest and oldest National Park. Make sure you have a full day to wander across the 16 lakes - the Park stretches over 265 km!

Indulge in

Bring your expensive camera. The beautiful Plitvice Lakes will leave you with a lifetime of memories.

Getting There

Renting a car and driving from Zagreb is a beautiful and cost efficient journey. Once at the Resort, a car will be useful to explore the area, however there is a bus that will take you directly to Plitvice Lakes.

Notes

Swimming in Plitvice Lakes is prohibited, in order to preserve the undisturbed environment. If you want to swim, Korana river is just a few kms north with access in the village of Korana.
