Why stay

Tucked between three pristine beaches and backed by Krabi’s iconic limestone cliffs, Rayavadee rests at the edge of Krabi Marine National Park, where land, water, and sky merge into a natural amphitheater of breathtaking beauty. Accessible only by boat, it feels like the last page of the map; a sanctuary that reveals itself slowly, with each ripple of tide and sound of cicadas echoing through the palms.

The architecture dissolves into the jungle — thatched-roof pavilions rise like forest dwellings, hidden beneath the shade of coconut palms and ficus trees. Designed with natural materials and subtle luxury, Rayavadee carries the essence of its environment: open-air spaces, local teak, stone, and the quiet rhythm of Thai craftsmanship. Inside, a philosophy of balance guides every detail — blending heritage, sustainability, and understated refinement.

Wellness here is instinctive. Spa rituals borrow from ancient Thai healing, treatments unfold in open pavilions surrounded by tropical gardens, and the sea becomes part of every therapy. Founded by the Premchai Karnasuta family, Rayavadee was conceived not as a resort but as a living extension of Krabi’s ecosystem, a place to reconnect with nature’s slower pulse.

Why wander

Explore Phra Nang Cave Beach, where legend and spirituality linger in shrines dedicated to the sea goddess. Kayak through mangrove forests alive with kingfishers, or take a longtail boat to Hong Islands, where hidden lagoons open like blue secrets beneath limestone towers.

Hike to the Tiger Cave Temple, ascending 1,200 steps into clouds and panoramic silence. Or dive below the surface — the coral gardens around Koh Poda and Koh Kai reveal a spectrum of marine life untouched by time.

Back on land, sunset brings the cliffs to life in gold. Rock climbers dangle like silhouettes, and longtails drift by carrying fresh catch for dinner. Krabi’s wild soul reveals itself in its quiet — the kind that fills you completely.

Indulge in

Four restaurants define Rayavadee’s culinary rhythm — from the romantic Grotto, set beneath a limestone cavern on the sand, to Raya Dining, where southern Thai cuisine meets refined presentation. Fresh seafood, tamarind sauces, and coconut-based curries reflect the coastal terroir. Each meal feels like a taste of land, water, and sky combined — an edible map of Krabi.

Getting There

Arrive via a scenic 20-minute speedboat from Ao Nang or Krabi Pier, gliding past cliffs that rise like cathedrals from the sea. Krabi International Airport is about 40 minutes by car from the pier.
