Sitting at the foot of green velvet mountains, between paddy fields and lotus ponds, Mai Chau Lodge is a perfect starting point to discover the rich cultural and natural sites northern Vietnam has to offer.
Choose the Suite with views towards the pool and the green valley or the Deluxe Mountain View room. Cool off in the pool during the day or relax in the sauna or the steam room at night after a day full of exploring.

Mai Chau is located in the northern Vietnamese province of Hoa Binh, about 2 hours away from Hanoi, going south-west.
The region has a lot to offer in terms of adventure and exploration. Go rock climbing in the Valley. Kayak in the beautiful Hoa Binh Reservoir, through mountains, forests and local villages. Hike deep into the valley, through rice paddies. Explore Mo Luong Cave under Mt. Pu Kha or take a cycling trip. (bikes will be provided at the lodge).
Get to know the local hill tribes, living in traditional stilt houses close to the lodge. Discover the Sunday market, where the tribes make traditional dishes and handicrafts.
