Dar Ahlam, known as "The House of Dreams" is a refurbished 200-year-old kasbah, located in the magical oasis of Skoura, Morocco. Surrounded by palm groves and almond trees, and overlooking the Atlas Mountains, the retreat is what we call an experience hotel.
There are only 14 individually decorated suits. Choose the "Bird" suite in the garden, with 3 fireplaces and a private terrace. Enjoy the swimming pool and the hammam. Nap under a date tree. GETTING THERE
Fly into Marrakech and arrange a car to take you to the hotel. The scenic drive is 4 hours and takes you through Atlas mountains to Ouarzazate. Be ready to wade through a river to reach this hidden gem.
